HUSH is student written, performed and produced. Students from all over the St. Croix River Valley come together to write the script, compose the music, create the sound effects, act in the roles and mix the show.

So many to thank, and with much gratitude we extend a big shout out to #HUSHpodcast supporter Candyland… “Chicago Mix, popcorn tins, chocolate cov’rd cookie dough…” sung to the tune of jingle bells – that’s a melody that’s sure to linger in your head! Also, special thanks to Paws and Claws Pet Resort in Hudson, Wisconsin. Paws and Claws offers a canine day camp, overnight lodging and a doggie cam to watch your ‘kid’ at play. A special shout out as well to Hannah’s Homemade Heavens Bakery on 117 Churchill Street West in Stillwater, Minnesota, for providing goodies for the #HUSHpodcast team. This episode of #HUSHpodcast is made possible in part by Huntington Learning Center where tutoring and test prep are individualized to meet the unique needs of each student.

Episode 3 Bonus:

The Student Situation Room: Michael Smith of Huntington Learning Center answers a parent question, “How do I help my child learn to read?”

#HUSHpodcast follows a teenage girl named Andy whose parents, and then grandmother mysteriously disappear. Andy and her friends set off to search for them on a quest that leads into multiple universes filled with dangerous secrets and manipulative people. The voice of a strange being named Silence, a bumbling police officer who wants to train his pug to be a police dog, and well intended but misguided adults aggravate the situation rather than making it better. It’s a storyline created by a group of teenage students on The Shire’s Audio Drama Team. Explore the HUSH world and hear past episodes by googling #HUSHpodcast.
