Camp Kikiwakkah
Stories from our Somali Community!
This summer, teens from Stillwater Schools’ Somali Community, developed podcasts and graphic novels at a StoryArk camp named “Camp Kikiwakkah” by the participants. Muna Abdi, founder and organizer of the Washington County East African Community, collaborated with Stillwater Schools and StoryArk to assure a meaningful and impactful experience. Students produced and shared a highlight reel of their podcasts at the StoryArk Festival.
