Welcome to the
Creative Writing Intensive

Calling all writers!

Do you love to write just about anything? Develop your own short story, novel, memoir, screenplay, graphic novel, and poem within a community of writers. Explore fiction, non-fiction, poetry and drama during this week-long camp held at Equity Alliance MN and be inspired and encouraged by published authors.

At this in-person camp, you will connect and learn from professional artists who will zoom in from all over the world. You’ll implement your learned techniques while collaborating on a variety of literary projects. All the while connecting with your peers! Lunch will be provided.

StoryArk Festival

Celebrate student storytelling

NEW THIS YEAR! The Festival expands to be an indoor AND outdoor event!

The StoryArk Festival celebrates student podcast, film, poetry, short stories, novel excerpts, plays, music and visual art and showcases student stories in an engaging, high energy way.

An indoor/outdoor event hosted by Stillwater Public Library, youth from across Minnesota who participate in StoryArk programming share stories in multiple mediums to friends, family, neighbors and community members.

Stories, food, music – the Festival has it all!

All are welcome to experience the transformative power of youth storytelling to build empathy and understanding of the student experience.

The Festival is free to all, but we always happily accept donations 🙂
