“How I Roll” By Wes

I used to play soccer – that is how I kick

I used to run track and field –  that is how I sprint

I bowl with St Croix Valley Lumberjacks – that is how I strike

I bowl with special needs adults – that is how I score

I used to golf – that is how I club

I play adapted indoor floor hockey – that is how I stick

I play ice hockey – that is how I skate

I used to horseback ride – that is how I stride

I do and always enjoy swimming – that is how I stroke

I play bocce ball – that is how I pickle

I play basketball – that is how I shoot

I play baseball – that is how I hit and run

I play football – that is how I catch and defend

My dear Mother

You are my hope

I hope that you

spend time with me

You are my light of day

You make my life special

Family, love and life

You are my angel

“When I’m Older” – Beth

Someday I want to marry someone when

I’m older

I want to continue to dance

“Spirit Halloween” – Chad

With costumes, makeup, and masks galore

I always look forward to this holiday

It’s waves really are very engaging

Going over them with a boat

Really is very fun

Swimming through them is very enlightening

You are a part of my life

“Dear God” by Jenny

Dear God

It is hard for me

to leave Camp Castaway

due to the Covid

I kept it strong

for all around the world

to make a better place

I think about every day

It makes me sad

P.S. I kept it together to stop the Covid

Love Jenny

“Althlete” by Livia

I work two days a week

Feels like I’m an athlete

Coffee car, mocha mondays

I’m always on my feet

“At the Beach” by Carlie Kothe

I love having fun with my family

I love playing in the ocean waves
